If you have been referred by another clinician it is standard practice to write back to that person. With your permission, it may sometimes be helpful to contact other people who are involved in your care.

Your Assessment scores may be used ( your name will be removed) for research and quality assurance purposes.

We respect the privacy of people under 18 years of age, however, some information may be discussed with your parents or guardians without your consent if this is deemed necessary for your ongoing safety and well-being.

If we have concerns about your safety, or the safety of others, including children with whom you have contact, we are legally bound to do whatever is necessary to ensure the safety of all concerned. This can mean revealing some or all of the information you have given us.

  
Referrals

Referral requirements depend on your individual situation and choice. Your options are:      
You may self refer which will mean you cover full cost of your treatment without any assistance from Medicare.

You will require a valid referral from your medical practitioner for you to receive a Medicare rebate
