When you call for an appointment at Pregnancy Matters, you will be advised regarding the assessment forms we will send you in the mail to complete prior to your first appointment. The first appointment, which will review the information you have provided in the assessment forms, will take approximately 75 minutes. Sometimes this information can take more than one session to obtain.
